If you have no health insurance or have high deductible health plan and want to pay cash at the time of service, our cash price is a flat fee of $85/visit.

You can become a member of Moderna health clinic by paying a Monthly fee of $65/person/month so you can receive medical care for $10/visit.

THIS IS NO A HEALTH INSURANCE because the fee only cover what we can provide in our clinics within the scope of practices and training of our provider. If you need further care from ERs, Hospital and specialists, you will be referred to them and are responsible for their fees. This is when your health insurance come in and cover such benefits. 

For patients without health insurance, our plans allow you to meet essential medical needs, which represent approximately 90% of the medical needs of the general population.
